Further informed that Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company which is already closed from 01st July, 2023 in terms of Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time will reopen 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting to be held on 08th August, 2023.
