Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Jamna Auto Industries has informed that the meeting no. 02/2023-24 of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, August 11, 2023 at 2:30 pm through Video/ Audio Conferencing, to consider, approve and take on record the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2023 along with other items. Further, in terms of provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company’s Code of Conduct for insider trading & fair disclosure, the trading window closure period for dealing in securities of the Company by the insiders has commenced from Saturday July 01, 2023 and the same will open 48 hours after the financial results are made public on Friday, August 11, 2023.
