Symphony has informed that the final dividend of Rs 1 (50%) per equity share of Rs 2 each for the financial year 2022-23, as recommended by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on May 5, 2023 has been subsequently approved by the members of the Company at their 36th Annual General Meeting held on August 04, 2023. Accordingly, the final dividend has been disbursed to the shareholders through electronic credit (NECS) on August 4, 2023.
