ITD Cementation India has informed that the company had informed to the Stock Exchanges, through its Media Release, about the Company having secured, a contract in joint venture in Bangladesh, worth ~USD 205 million (Exclusive of Taxes and Duties), in which the word ‘crore’ had been inadvertently inserted after the word ‘million’ through a typo error. The same is now corrected and the company has re-filed the said Media Release after deleting the word ‘crore’, so as to read worth ~US$ 205 million excluding taxes and duties.
