CHD Developers advances on entering into MoU with Uttarakhand Government

CHD Developers is currently trading at Rs 3.69, up by 0.28 points or 8.21% from its previous closing of Rs 3.41 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs 3.38 and has touched a high and low of Rs 3.69 and Rs 3.27 respectively. So far 12782 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs 7.13 on 15-Nov-2012 and a 52 week low of Rs 3.23 on 01-Apr-2013.

CHD Developers - wholly owned subsidiary - Golden Infracon has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Government of Uttarakhand and State Infrastructure and Industrial Development Corporation of Uttarakhand for development & construction of mega Food Park, Bottling and Food Processing Units at Integrated Industrial Area, Sitarganj in Uttarakhand.
