Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the ‘Listing Regulations’), NTC industries has informed that it enclosed the copies of newspaper advertisement informing the Shareholders of the Company regarding the details of the Annual General Meeting, in compliance with the applicable circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, SEBI, the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Listing Regulations. The advertisements appeared on 20th August, 2023 in ‘The Financial Express’ (English Newspaper -All Edition) and in ‘Duranta Barta’ (Bengali Newspaper).
