All the resolutions contained in the notice of the Annual General Meeting were passed by the shareholders' pursuant to the Regulation 44(3) of the SEBI (Listing obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it also enclosed detailed voting result of the Annual General Meeting along with consolidated scrutinizer's Report on remote e-voting and e-voting during the Annual General Meeting (Annexure - 1).
