Bhagyanagar India is planning for slump sale of Copper Business Undertaking, to Bhagyanagar Copper, Wholly Owned Subsidiary Company. The company is also planning for overseas investment/acquisition in Srilanka either by way of equity or loan or both. A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on August 25, 2023 inter-alia to consider and approve the same.
Bhagyanagar India is presently engaged in the manufacture of copper rods, copper foils, copper pipes, copper sheets, annealed bare copper strips, paper insulated copper conductors and insulated copper coils (field coils).
