SKF India has successfully acquired 26,267 equity shares of Cleanmax Taiyo (Investment Company). Post-acquisition of aforesaid share, the company has 28,867 equity shares i.e. 26% of the total issued paid up capital of the investment company. SKF India has made investment in the capital instruments of Clean Max Taiyo in compliance with the requirement of the local Electricity laws for captively consuming green energy.

SKF India is a leading global supplier of rolling bearing and seals. The company provides products, solutions and services in the areas of rolling bearings, seals, mechatronics, services and lubrications systems.
