Central Bank of India to raise Rs 1500 crore through bonds

Central Bank of India is all set to raise Rs 1500 crore (Including base size of Rs 500 crore and Green Shoe option of Rs 1000 crore) through issue of BASEL III Compliant Tier II Bonds on private placement basis. The said Bonds will be listed on the wholesale Debt Market segment of the BSE. The said issue is opened and closed on August 29, 2023 and maturity of said bonds will be on August 30, 2033. CRISIL has rated above bonds at ‘AA-/Stable’ and ICRA rated ‘AA-/Stable’.
