Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations), Thermax has informed that Mahesh Murthy, Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer has tendered his resignation from the Company with effect from the close of business hours of August 31, 2023 and accordingly shall also cease to be a member of Senior Management of the Company. The requisite details as required by SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, regarding the same are enclosed as Annexure ‘A’ and a copy of the resignation letter tendered is attached herewith as Annexure ‘B’.
