Bilcare has informed that Nilesh Tiwari, Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company has tendered his resignation vide letter dated 31st August, 2023, due to personal reasons and he has been relieved from his duties effective end of business hours of 31st August, 2023. Nilesh Tiwari has also ceased to be a Key Managerial Personnel under the provisions of Section 203 and any other applicable provisions, if any of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 30(5) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 for determining the materiality of any event or transaction for making the required disclosures to the Stock Exchange with effective from close of business hours of 31st August, 2023.
