Pursuant to Regulations 30 and 34 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’) read with Part A of Schedule III of SEBI Listing Regulations, Ceenik Exports (India) has informed that it enclosed 29th Annual Report of the Company for the Financial Year 2022-23 along with the Notice convening 29th Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) to be held on Tuesday, September 26, 2023 at 02.00 pm through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OVAM). The Annual Report along with the Notice convening 29th AGM of the Company for the Financial Year 2022-23 is being dispatched/ sent to the Members through permitted mode(s) on September 01, 2023 and the same is also being made available on the website of the Company at www.ceenikexports.in. Further, in terms of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of Companies (Management and Administration Rules), 2014 as amended and Regulation 44 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company shall provide its Members the facility to exercise the votes electronically for transacting the items of business, facility to exercise the votes electronically for transacting the items of business.
