S.P. Apparels has received approval from board of directors to incorporate wholly owned subsidiary of the company in the name and style of ‘S.P. Apparels International’. The objective of incorporation of wholly owned subsidiary is to carry on the business of manufacturers, importers, exporters, buyers, sellers, dealers and as agents, stockists, distributors and suppliers of all kinds of readymade garments clothing, textile, cotton, silk etc. The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on September 02, 2023, considered and approved the same.
