With reference to the earlier communications regarding the 46th Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 27th September 2023 at 11:30 am at the Registered Office of the Company at Pollachi Road, Malumachampatti Post, Coimbatore – 641050, Semac Consultants has informed that the register of members and share transfer books of the Company will remain closed from, Thursday 21st September 2023 to Wednesday, 27th September 2023. A person whose name is recorded in the register of members or in the register of beneficial owners maintained by the depositories as on the cut-off date 20th September, 2023 shall be entitled to avail the facility of remote e-voting or to vote during the AGM.
