Cosmo First has entered into ‘Security Subscription and Shareholders’ agreement’ with O2 Renewable Energy XV (SPV) and its holding company for acquisition of minority stake in the SPV, in connection with supply of Solar Power for the Company’s manufacturing plants at Aurangabad, Maharashtra on Group Captive consumer basis. Cost of acquisition is Rs 17.85 crore will be invested in equity shares, compulsory convertible debentures, or any other permissible instrument/security of the target entity.
