Mafatlal Industries has received an approval from High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad on April 08, 2013 for Scheme of Arrangement and Amalgamation of Mishapar Investments and Mafatlal Denim with itself.
Similarly, the High Court of Gujarat has passed an order filed by Mafatlal Denim as Transferor Company No 2 for sanction of the scheme. Further, Mishapar Investments, Transferor Company No 1 has filed company petition in the High Court of Bombay and the same is pending for sanction.
Mafatlal Industries, a flagship company of the Arvind Mafatlal Group that has vertically integrated composite textile mills, was incorporated in 1913 at Ahmedabad. The company is engaged in manufacture of textiles and textile chemicals.
