Phoenix Mills has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary viz. Orcus Logistics And Industrial Parks. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India has issued the Certificate of Incorporation on September 12, 2023.
Orcus Logistics and Industrial Parks incorporated in India shall carry out the business of Logistics and Warehousing. Further, this is in line with the company’s previously disclosed plans of diversifying existing revenue streams and exploring synergies in related sectors such as Logistics and Warehousing business.
Phoenix Mills is engaged in property development in India. Its activities include planning, execution, and marketing of projects, property rental and management, and maintenance and sale of the completed properties.
