AYM Syntex has informed that the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors, at their meeting held today, Saturday, September 16, 2023, has Allotted 1,85,960 (One Lakh Eighty-Five Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Only) equity shares at face value of Rs 10 (Rupee Ten Only) per share to the eligible employees under the AYM ESOP Scheme 2018 pursuant to their exercise of stock options. These shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects. Subsequent to the allotment of equity shares under AYM ESOP Scheme 2018, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 50,59,92,640 (Rupees Fifty Crore Fifty-Nine Lakh Ninety Two Thousand Six Hundred Forty Only) representing 5,05,99,264 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 10 each.
