Claris Lifesciences’ promoter Aditya Sushil Kumar Handa has sold around 12 lakh shares amounting to 1.85% stake for over Rs 23 crore. Handa has offloaded 11,80,120 shares on an average price of about Rs 200 per share in the company through open market transaction.
Meanwhile, Caduceus Capital 2 Mauritus has picked up 10.65 lakh shares in drug firm Claris Lifesciences for a little over Rs 21 crore.
At the end of January-March quarter, Handa held 33.71 lakh shares or 5.28% stake in Claris Lifesciences, while Caduceus Capital Master Mauritius Ltd held 7.50 lakh scrips or 1.18% holding in the drug firm.
Claris Lifesciences is one of the largest Indian sterile injectables pharmaceutical companies with a presence in 76 countries worldwide. Their product offering comprises of 113 products across multiple markets and therapeutic areas.
