Sayaji Hotels has sold 415000 equity shares of its subsidiary Barbeque-Nation Hospitality (BNHL) held in its name and BNHL has allotted 14,94,579 equity shares on private placement basis. After this transaction overall stake of the company in its subsidiary has been reduced from 67.59% to 54.70% but its status of holding company still remains in BNHL.
