Artson Engineering touches roof as the company to set up new unit in Maharashtra

Artson Engineering is currently trading at its upper limit of Rs. 149.60, up by 7.10 points or 4.98% from its previous closing of Rs. 142.50 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 144.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 149.60 and Rs. 143.05 respectively. So far 53377 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'XT' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 207.45 on 07-Aug-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 62.00 on 19-May-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 151.85 and Rs. 139.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 552.32 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 75.00%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.01 % and 24.99% respectively.

Artson Engineering has taken a premise on leave and license for setting up a unit for enhancing its fabrication / manufacturing capacity. The premise is located at Survey No 5, Hissa No. - 1a, 1b, 1c, Village Parli, Taluka - Sudhagad, Dist. Raigad, Maharashtra. Investment required for proposed capacity addition is around Rs 1.50 crore. 

Artson Engineering is engaged in pioneering work in developing products and systems in fuel handling and tankage construction activities in refineries, which led the company to become one of the foremost companies in India with specialization in Petroleum Storage and handling systems.
