With reference to previous communication dated 29th August 2023, wherein the Company has submitted the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2022 - 23 along with the Notice of the 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled on Tuesday, September 26, 2023, Universal Office Automation has informed that an error was noticed due to the Typing of the Annual Report, the Company has taken cognizance of the same & revised the Annual Report as enclosed.
