Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Lloyds Enterprises has informed that the Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held today 22nd September, 2023 has accorded its approval to enter into partnership agreement with Lloyds Metals & Minerals Trading LLP (Lloyds LLP) for a partnership interest of 7%. This 7% stake implies a significant market value of the investments held by Lloyds LLP. The Board Meeting commenced today at 09:30 am and concluded at 10:45 am. The requisite details required under the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI circular no.
