Tata Coffee has informed that as per ‘Tata Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading’, the ‘Trading Window’ of the Company shall remain closed from Sunday, September 24, 2023 in connection with consideration of Financial Results for the Second Quarter (Q2) ending September 30, 2023. The Trading Window shall open 48 hours after the said Financial Results are declared to the Stock Exchanges. The same has been communicated to the Designated Persons in accordance with the above referred Code of Conduct.
