Delta Industrial Resources has informed that as per the company’s ‘Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading’ for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by Designated Persons formulated in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company by Designated Persons shall remain closed from Sunday, October 01, 2023 until 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2023. The Board meeting for approving the Unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2023 will be held on or before November 14,2023.
