Kesoram Industries has informed that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from October 01, 2023 until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2023. The Company will intimate the date of board meeting for consideration and approval of above-mentioned financial results in due course.
