Minaxi Textiles has informed that the 28th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on Tuesday, 26th September, 2023 at 02:00 pm but due to technical glitch which was commenced at 02.08 pm and conduced at 02:34 pm through Video Conferencing. In this regard, it has enclosed Scrutinizer's Report dated 26.09.2023 issued by Ashok P. Pathak & Co., Practicing Company Secretaries, Ahmedabad, on the results of the voting through remote e-voting and voting during AGM in respect of resolutions set out in Notice of 28th AGM of the Company held on 26th September, 2023. Pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of SESI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the details regarding voting results of the business transacted at the said Annual General Meeting is uploaded at BSE Listing Centre in XSRL mode.
