In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulation), Alphalogic Industries has informed that the Company has won order to design, manufacture, supply and installation of Storage Racking System from Scootsy Logistics (popularly known as ‘Swiggy’) for their units based in Chennai in Tamil Nadu at three locations, Indore in Madhya Pradesh, Padur in Tamil Nadu & Wagholi and Navi Mumbai, both in Maharashtra. Pursuant to SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015, disclosure given as annexure A.
