Kaya’s material subsidiary -- Kaya Middle East DMCC (DMCC) has acquired 100% stake in Sakr Al Majd International Company (SAMIC), operating in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
Earlier, clinics in KSA were operated under the license of SAMIC and Kaya Middle East FZE (KME FZE), the material subsidiary of the Company had the economic & beneficial interests in it. Pursuant to the Business Reorganization in Gulf Cooperation Council region, DMCC has now acquired 100% stake in SAMIC for a total consideration of SAR 500,000.
Kaya is a chain of skin care clinic offering various skin care services and beauty treatment.
