Shree Rajasthan Syntex has informed that pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) read with the Company’ s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor & Report, ‘Trading Window Close Period’ in respect of the trading in the securities of the Company for all the designated person (as defined in the Code) shall commence from 1st October, 2023 and will end 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ending on 30 September, 2023.
