Mather & Platt Fire Systems has informed that as per the Mpf Systems (‘Company’) ‘Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading’ for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by Designated Persons formulated in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company by Designated Persons shall remain closed from Sunday, 1st October, 2023 until 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited financial results of the Company for the Quarter and Half year ended September 30, 2023. The Board meeting for approving the Unaudited financial results for the quarter and Half year ended September 30, 2023 will be held on or before November 14, 2023. Accordingly, all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
