In compliance with clause 4 of Schedule B read with Regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, Kaushalya Infrastructure Development Corporation has informed that Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from 1s October, 2023 till 48 (Forty-eight) hours after the declaration of Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2023. Accordingly, all the ‘Designated persons’ and ‘their immediate relatives’ have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving shares of the company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window. The date of Board Meeting in which financial results would be considered shall be intimated in due course.
