Pursuant to Regulation 30 (2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Bilcare has informed that Ashwani Singh (DIN 08855493), vide his letter dated 4th October, 2023 has tendered his resignation as an Independent Director of the Company with immediate effect. The Board of Directors of the Company noted his communication. The resignation letter with reason as indicated is enclosed as Annexure - A. Ashwani Singh in his letter dated 5 th October, 2023 has also confirmed that there are no other material reasons for his resignation other than those mentioned in the resignation letter. The Confirmation Letter is enclosed as Annexure - B. The requisite disclosures as required as per the requirement of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III, Para A, Clause (7B) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 are given as Annexure -C.
