The Company had issued Notice dated 11th September, 2023 convening the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company (EGM Notice) on 11th October, 2023 in due compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 read with rules made thereunder. Members of the Company are hereby informed to attend the ensuing Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company through Video Conference (VC) or other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) on Wednesday, 11th October, 2023 at 04:00 PM.
