Credit rating agency, Brickwork Ratings has communicated 'A' (Stable) rating to the Educomp Solutions’ Secured Non Convertible Debenture (NCD) issue worth Rs 50 crore. Meanwhile credit rating agency CARE, has also assigned ' A-' rating for the same Non- Convertible Debenture (NCD) issue for an outstanding amount of Rs 45 Crore and proposed Rs 155 Crore. Facilities with this rating are considered to have adequate degree of safety for timely servicing of financial obligation. Such facilities carry low credit risk.
