Kolte Patil Developers has sold 0.98 million square feet area during July- September 2023-24 (Q2FY24) as against 0.56 million square feet area in the year-ago period i.e. up by 75%. Sales value stood at Rs 632 crore in Q2FY24, rise by 72%, compared to Rs 367 crore in Q2FY23. The collections grew by 17% during Q2FY24 to Rs 472 crore as compared to Rs 404 crore in Q2FY23.
During H1FY24, sales value stood at Rs 1,333 crore, marking a growth of 64% Year-on-Year (Y-o-Y). Sales volumes at 1.91 million sq. ft. improved significantly by 63% in H1FY24.
