Kunststoffe Industries has informed that 42nd Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, 03rd November, 2023 at 11.30 am at 128, Kiran building, Bhaudaji Road, Matunga (E), Mumbai - 400019 to review, consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone Financial results for the 2nd Quarter and six months ended 30th September, 2023 along with Limited Review Report. Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct for prohibition of insider trading we have already intimated to the Stock Exchange that the Trading Window for all Directors and Designated Employees of the Company for trading/dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from 01st October, 2023 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial results for the 2nd Quarter and six months ended 30th September, 2023, till 05th November, 2023.
