The meeting was held in compliance with the Circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) from time to time and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI Listing Regulations. In this regard, it enclosed the summary of proceedings of this EGM. The voting results shall be disclosed in due course of time.
