Bharat Gears has informed that the Duplicate Share Certificate as per the details attached has been issued by the Company in lieu of the Share Certificate reported to be misplaced/lost pursuant to the approval of the members of Stakeholders' Relationship Committee on October 26, 2023. Further, in terms of the circular reference no. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated January 25, 2022 issued by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), a Letter of Confirmation (LoC) shall be issued to the concerned shareholder for submission to his Depository Participant along with Dematerialisation Request Form for credit of shares electronically in the Demat Account of Shareholder.
