Post allotment Paid up capital of the Company has increased from Rs 24,48,14,986/- consisting of 12,24,07,493 Equity shares of the face value of Rs 2/- each to Rs 24,48,56,636/- consisting of 12,24,28,318 Equity shares of the face value of Rs 2/- each.
