Bharat Seats has received approval for setting up of additional production facilities at its plant in Bhorakalan, Gurugram, Haryana for Two-wheeler wheel assembly project for Suzuki Motor Cycle India, with capital expenditure of around Rs 3.80 crore. Expected date of commencement of supply is August, 2024. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 31, 2023 inter alia has considered and approved the same.
