Pricol enters into Slump Sale agreement with Pricol Components

Pricol has entered into a slump sale agreement with Pricol Components its wholly owned subsidiary company to transfer Denso Technology Instrument Cluster Undertaking on slump sale basis. This transfer is in regards with Denso Technology Instrument Cluster Undertaking situated at Coimbatore, Tamilnadu and at Manesar, Gurgaon.

Maruti Suzuki India and Toyota Kirloskar Motor, together with rights, assets and liabilities primarily used for and attributable to the said undertaking to Pricol Components. Subsequent to the aforesaid agreement, Slump Sale has been made on 22nd April 2013, by Pricol to Pricol Components.It is been approved by shareholders through postal ballot

Pricol is engaged in the manufacture and export of a complete range of automotive components starting from instrument clusters, dashboard meters, fuel sensors, oil pressure switches, speedometer drive cables, fuel cut off valve, filter suction, etc
