With reference to earlier intimation dated 27th October, 2023 pertaining to Board Meeting of the Company to be held on 4th November, 2023 to consider the Unaudited Financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2023, West Leisure Resorts has informed that the said meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which was scheduled to be held on 4th November, 2023 has been postponed due to unavoidable reasons. The rescheduled Board Meeting will be held on 8th November 2023. Further, in continuation to its intimation dated 30th September, 2023 regarding closure of trading window of the Company, the trading window will remain closed till completion of 48 hours after declaration of the aforesaid unaudited financial results on 8th November, 2023.
