TruCap Finance is planning to raise funds by way of issuance of convertible securities by such mode as permitted under the Companies Act, 2013 and Chapter V of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018 as amended and subject to such approvals as may be required. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on on November 09, 2023, inter alia, to consider the proposal for the same.
