Pricol’s erstwhile wholly owned subsidiary- Pricol Components had issued 51, 00,000 equity shares having face value of Rs. 10 each to DENSO Corporation, Japan on April 23, 2013. Consequent to the above, Pricol Components has become a 51:49 Joint Venture (JV) Company of DENSO Corporation and Pricol.

Pricol is engaged in the manufacture and export of a complete range of automotive components starting from instrument clusters, dashboard meters, fuel sensors, oil pressure switches, speedometer drive cables, fuel cut off valve, filter suction, etc.
