TruCap Finance has raised Rs 35 crore through the allotment of Unlisted, Unrated, Secured and Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) having face value of Rs 1,00,00,000 each on private placement basis. The Finance Committee of the Company has on November 09, 2023 approved allotment of the same.
