In reference to Regulation 23(9) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) (LODR) Regulations, 2015, which requires every listed entity to submit to the Stock Exchanges ‘Disclosure of Related Party Transactions’ on same day of the date of publication of its financial results. However, as per Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the compliance with the Corporate Governance provisions as specified in Regulations 17, 17A, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 24A, 25, 26, 27 and clauses (b) to (1) of subregulation (2) of Regulation 46 and para-C, D and E of Schedule V are not applicable to the listed entity which has listed its specified securities on the SME Exchange. In reference to the above, Concord Control Systems has confirmed that the Company falls under the ambit of aforesaid exemption and therefore is not required to submit to the exchange Disclosure on Related Party Transactions under Regulation 23(9) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, for the half year ended September 30, 2023.
