Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’) read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the said Regulations, Himachal Fibres has informed that Sharon Arora, has tendered her resignation from the position of the Company Secretary (CS) cum Compliance Officer (CO) of the Company due to personal reasons with effect from 23.11.2023. Further, the Company has received confirmation from Sharon Arora, that there are no other material reasons for her resignation other that those which are provided in the resignation letter. The additional details as required under SEBI (LODR) 2015 are provided by the resigning director, which is annexed.
