Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Vardhman Textiles has informed that the shareholders/their legal heir have reported to the Company about loss of share certificates and have requested for the issue of Duplicate Share Certificates in lieu thereof. The company is in the process of issuing letter of confirmation in lieu of duplicate share certificates to them after completion of required formalities.
